SPOOLOGIC Turbo Step Gap Oil Seals

The SPOOLOGIC Turbo Step Gap Oil Seals SL-210-101 service the Garrett TP38 and GTP38 turbochargers in 1994-1997 Ford F-250 F-350 and 1999-2003 Ford F-250 F-350 F-450 F-550 trucks with the 7.3L Powerstroke. The compressor-side and turbine-side seals replace worn oil seal rings during turbocharger service.

Compatibility and Installation

Bearings, thrust parts, shaft, wheels, housings, and gaskets are not included.

• Confirm the turbo model and compare seals with the originals.
• Inspect bearings, shaft, seal grooves, and mating surfaces.
• Follow the applicable service procedure and verify oiling before startup.

New seals cannot correct bearing wear, component damage, or worn seal grooves. High-speed balancing is required when specified by the repair procedure or component replacement.
