Warranty Policy

Spoologic LLC, a Nevada limited liability company operating as Spoologic Turbo Systems, is the warrantor under this limited warranty.

Spoologic Turbo Systems stands behind the quality of its products. Eligible SPOOLOGIC parts carry the warranty period specified in their product listing: one year, lifetime, or no product warranty. Complete SPOOLOGIC turbochargers carry a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original purchase date. If you experience a product issue, contact our team for assistance with the warranty evaluation process.

Warranty Coverage

The limited warranty applies to the original purchaser and requires dated proof of purchase. Coverage is limited to the eligible product and the components supplied with it.

Warranty availability and exclusions vary by product. Review the applicable product listing for its specific warranty terms. Products sold without a warranty are not covered by Spoologic’s one-year limited warranty.

Coverage by Parts Family

Coverage Applicable parts
1-Year Limited Warranty Eligible complete turbochargers, exhaust manifolds, up-pipes and downpipes, oil-feed and oil-drain lines, coolant and CCV lines, fastening hardware, intercooler pipes, installation gaskets and kits, pedestals, outlet plates, intake parts, heat shields, tools and other parts expressly listed with one-year coverage.
Lifetime Warranty Eligible SPOOLOGIC V-band clamps and intake or intercooler boots expressly listed with lifetime coverage. Some boots and internal turbo housing clamps have different terms; the applicable listing identifies their coverage.
1-Year Limited Warranty — No Returns Eligible sensors, solenoids, electrical harnesses, electronic regulators, electronic actuators and pneumatic OCR regulators expressly listed with one-year coverage. These parts are non-returnable, but eligible manufacturing-defect claims remain covered.
No Warranty, No Returns DIY turbo cartridges, rebuild kits and repair bundles, compressor wheels, turbine shafts, step-gap seals and other repair parts expressly identified as sold without a warranty. All sales are final, with no returns or exchanges.
Mixed kits Coverage applies only to the components expressly named in the kit’s warranty paragraph. Including a DIY repair part does not grant it warranty coverage. A component’s standalone warranty period does not automatically override the coverage stated for the kit.

Lifetime Warranty Coverage

For a part expressly sold with a Lifetime Warranty, coverage applies to defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the part. Coverage requires dated proof of purchase and is not transferable to a subsequent owner. Lifetime coverage does not mean every failure or issue is covered; the applicable part-specific exclusions and inspection requirements still apply.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not provide coverage for every issue that may occur during installation or use.

Labor charges, diagnostic costs, travel time, removal, reinstallation, warranty shipping charges, and other related expenses are not covered. Additional product-specific exclusions are identified in the applicable product listing.

Part-Specific Exclusions

The following exclusions apply to damage caused by the listed conditions. They do not automatically disqualify an unrelated defect in materials or workmanship.

Parts family Not covered
Complete turbochargers Damage caused by foreign-object debris, oil starvation, contaminated or restricted oil supply or drainage, extended oil-change intervals, overboosting, overspeed, overfueling, excessive exhaust temperatures, improper installation or startup, improper tuning or repairs, or operation outside the listed application or intended operating range. Normal cosmetic wear, coating discoloration, and heat-cycling marks are not covered.
Exhaust manifolds Damage caused by improper installation, physical damage, or excessive heat caused by improper engine operation. Normal cosmetic wear and heat discoloration are not covered.
Up-pipes and downpipes Damage caused by improper installation, unsupported or misaligned connections, or physical damage. Normal heat discoloration is not covered.
Oil-feed lines, oil-drain lines and coolant lines Damage caused by improper installation, contaminated or damaged connections, reused installation seals, and physical damage.
Fastening hardware Damage caused by incorrect torque, cross-threading, reuse of stretched or damaged fasteners, improper installation, or use outside the listed application.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Email info@spoologic.com with the following information:

  • Your order number or dated proof of purchase.
  • The seller’s name if purchased through a retailer or dealer.
  • The product’s part number.
  • A description of the issue and when it occurred.
  • Any available photos or diagnostic information that may help us evaluate the concern.

Our team will review the information and provide instructions for the next step.

Contact us before shipping any product. Obtain return authorization and the correct shipping address before sending an item for warranty evaluation.

Inspection & Resolution

Products submitted for warranty consideration must be returned for inspection with dated proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for shipping costs both to Spoologic for evaluation and back to the customer, whether the warranty claim is approved or denied. See Warranty Shipping Costs for details.

Return authorization allows us to inspect the product; it does not constitute warranty approval. Coverage is determined following inspection under the applicable warranty terms.

Approved claims for complete SPOOLOGIC turbochargers will be resolved through repair or replacement at SPOOLOGIC’s discretion. If inspection confirms a covered defect in any other eligible component, SPOOLOGIC will replace the covered component. Submitting a warranty claim does not automatically qualify the purchase for a refund.

Warranty Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with a warranty claim, including shipping the product to Spoologic for inspection and shipping a repaired, replacement, or noncovered product back to the customer. Spoologic does not provide prepaid shipping labels or reimburse warranty shipping expenses, except where required by applicable law.

Before shipping a product back to you, we will provide the shipping charge and obtain your authorization for payment. Incorrect shipments and shipping damage are handled separately under our Return Policy.

Coverage After Repair or Replacement

A repaired complete turbocharger or replacement component with one-year coverage remains covered for the remainder of the original one-year limited warranty period, together with any extension or additional coverage required by applicable law. Repair or replacement does not automatically begin a new one-year warranty period unless we expressly provide one in writing. For a part with lifetime coverage, the replacement part retains the original purchaser’s lifetime coverage under the same terms. Warranty service does not transfer coverage to a subsequent owner or grant coverage to excluded components.

Warranty Claims & Standard Returns

Warranty claims are reviewed separately from standard returns and exchanges. Opening or installing an eligible product does not, by itself, prevent a warranty evaluation. Likewise, a product being nonreturnable does not determine whether it carries a warranty; refer to its listing for coverage.

For standard returns, exchanges, incorrect shipments, or shipping damage, please review our Return Policy.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

The expense exclusions stated above apply only to the extent permitted by law. These warranty terms do not disclaim implied warranties or exclude any remedy that applicable law requires. A product identified as having no Spoologic product warranty is excluded from our voluntary warranty; that designation does not, by itself, eliminate statutory rights.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies required by applicable law. Updates apply prospectively and do not reduce coverage or rights attached to an earlier purchase.
