The SPOOLOGIC Turbo Rebuild Kit with Cast Compressor Wheels SL-900-006-K14 is a rebuild package for 2008-2010 Ford F-250 F-350 F-450 F-550 6.4L Powerstroke and the V2S turbochargers. It combines both low-pressure and high-pressure basic rebuild kits with cast compressor wheels and replacement turbine shafts. The supplied parts support restoring stock turbocharger operation.

Compatibility and Installation

Reuse only serviceable components. Replace damaged or out-of-specification parts. Confirm the turbo configuration and compare all supplied parts with the originals.

• Inspect shaft journals, wheels, bearing bores, and seal grooves.
• Correct oil supply, drainage, contamination, and crankcase-pressure problems.
• Follow service procedures for clearances, torque, lubrication, and priming.
• Inspect the high-pressure VGT mechanism and verify its operation.
