The SPOOLOGIC Turbo Rebuild Kit with Billet Compressor Wheels SL-900-006-K18 is a rebuild package for 2008-2010 Ford F-250 F-350 F-450 F-550 6.4L Powerstroke and the V2S turbochargers. It combines both low-pressure and high-pressure basic rebuild kits with billet compressor wheels and replacement turbine shafts. The billet wheels provide added airflow for a performance rebuild.

Compatibility and Installation

Reuse only serviceable components. Replace damaged or out-of-specification parts. Confirm the turbo configuration and compare all supplied parts with the originals.

• Inspect shaft journals, wheels, bearing bores, and seal grooves.
• Correct oil supply, drainage, contamination, and crankcase-pressure problems.
• Follow service procedures for clearances, torque, lubrication, and priming.
• Inspect the high-pressure VGT mechanism and verify its operation.
