SPOOLOGIC Turbo Mounting Gasket Set

The SPOOLOGIC SL-310-141 Turbo Mounting Gasket Set supplies replacement gaskets, seals, O-rings, and bolts for turbocharger service on 2008–2010 Ford F-250 F-350 F-450 F-550 trucks with the 6.4L Powerstroke engine. It brings the pictured sealing components and hardware together for reassembly of the original compound turbocharger system.

Sealing and Service

Servicing the compound turbocharger assembly opens several exhaust and oil-system connections. Replace the disturbed seals and inspect the mating surfaces before reinstalling the turbochargers. Sort the supplied seals and hardware by connection during assembly; similar-looking O-rings are not automatically interchangeable.

Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before shipping the component for inspection. If inspection confirms a covered defect, SPOOLOGIC will replace the covered component.
