SPOOLOGIC Turbo Gasket Kit

The SPOOLOGIC SL-310-201 Turbo Gasket Kit supplies replacement sealing components for turbocharger removal and installation on 2001–2004 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra pickups with the 6.6L Duramax LB7. The set includes upper and lower up-pipe gaskets along with the oil-drain gaskets and additional seals listed below.

Sealing and Service

The up-pipes carry exhaust from both manifolds to the turbocharger. Leaks at their flange connections can leave soot deposits and reduce the exhaust energy reaching the turbine. Oil-drain gaskets seal the return path from the turbocharger. Inspect each opened connection and use a new gasket when reassembling it.

Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before shipping the component for inspection. If inspection confirms a covered defect, SPOOLOGIC will replace the covered component.
