The SPOOLOGIC Billet HY35W Turbocharger Cartridge SL-200-081 is a brand-new, preassembled CHRA for 2003-2004 Dodge Ram 2500 3500 5.9L Cummins, including 2004 trucks built through January 4, 2004. Its billet compressor wheel provides a mild performance upgrade for daily driving and towing.

Cartridge Compatibility and Installation

This product contains the assembled turbocharger center section and the installation gasket kit. Reuse the original HY35W compressor and turbine housings. Inspect them for cracks, wheel-contact damage, and other defects before assembly. The wastegate actuator is not included.

Cartridge upgrade for the HY35W turbocharger configuration used in the listed 5.9L Cummins application.

Keep the rotating assembly intact to preserve its balance. Do not loosen the compressor-wheel nut. The supplied CHRA requires no internal rebuild before installation.
