SPOOLOGIC High Flow Exhaust Manifold Kit

The SPOOLOGIC High Flow Exhaust Manifold Kit SL-500-045 replaces the exhaust manifold feeding the turbocharger on 2003–2007 Dodge Ram 2500 3500 trucks with the 5.9L Cummins engine. The manifold uses a one-piece ductile iron casting and divided T3 turbo flange and comes with mounting studs, gaskets and seals.

Manifold and Hardware Options

Choose raw or ceramic-coated manifold finish and standard black chrome moly or stainless steel studs, nuts and washers. The selected finish and hardware apply to the same manifold configuration.

Every SPOOLOGIC High Flow Exhaust Manifold Kit carries a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser from the original purchase date. Coverage excludes damage caused by improper installation, physical damage, or excessive heat caused by improper engine operation. Normal cosmetic wear and heat discoloration are not covered. Claims require dated proof of purchase. Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before shipping the component for inspection. If inspection confirms a covered defect, SPOOLOGIC will replace the covered component. Customers pay warranty shipping in both directions; labor and related costs are not covered.
