SPOOLOGIC Heavy Duty 304SS Up-Pipe to EGR Cooler

The SPOOLOGIC 304 Stainless Steel Up-Pipe to EGR Cooler SL-510-006 replaces the passenger-side lower up-pipe on 2004.5–2007 Ford F-250 F-350 F-450 F-550 trucks with the 6.0L Powerstroke engine and square EGR cooler. It connects the exhaust manifold to the upper Y-pipe and retains the EGR cooler branch, with a bellowed section to accommodate heat-cycle movement.

For the later square-EGR-cooler configuration. Verify the installed cooler shape and pipe connections before ordering, particularly on 2004 transition-year vehicles or engines with replacement components. Does not fit the early round-EGR-cooler configuration. This is the passenger-side lower pipe; the upper Y-pipe assembly is separate.

Coverage excludes damage caused by improper installation, unsupported or misaligned connections, or physical damage. Normal heat discoloration is not covered. Claims require dated proof of purchase. Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before shipping the component for inspection. If inspection confirms a covered defect, SPOOLOGIC will replace the covered component.
