SPOOLOGIC Heavy Duty 304SS High-Flow Bellowed Up-Pipe Kit

The SPOOLOGIC 304 Stainless Steel Bellowed Up-Pipe Kit SL-510-022 replaces both exhaust up-pipes on 2004.5–2005 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 3500 and GMC Sierra 2500 3500 pickups with the 6.6L Duramax LLY engine. Stainless steel tubing and bellowed sections carry exhaust from the manifolds to the turbocharger while accommodating heat-cycle movement.

• 2004.5-2005 Chevrolet Silverado GMC Sierra 2500 3500 6.6L Duramax LLY

For 2004.5–2005 LLY pickups with the original exhaust manifold, turbocharger, and EGR cooler arrangement. The passenger-side pipe retains the LLY EGR cooler connection. A 2004 model year alone is not enough to identify fitment: early 2004 LB7 trucks require an LB7 kit. These pipes use the factory manifold connection locations. Verify compatibility before combining them with aftermarket manifolds or a relocated turbocharger.

Coverage excludes damage caused by improper installation, unsupported or misaligned connections, or physical damage. Normal heat discoloration is not covered. Claims require dated proof of purchase. Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before shipping the component for inspection. If inspection confirms a covered defect, SPOOLOGIC will replace the covered component.
