SPOOLOGIC Heavy Duty 304SS High-Flow Bellowed Up-Pipe Kit

The SPOOLOGIC 304 Stainless Steel Bellowed Up-Pipe Kit SL-510-004 replaces the turbocharger inlet Y-pipe assembly on 2003–2007 Ford F-250 F-350 F-450 F-550 trucks with the 6.0L Powerstroke engine. Its two-branch assembly joins the driver-side exhaust path and the separate passenger-side lower up-pipe at the turbo inlet.

This kit replaces the Y-pipe assembly and reuses the separate passenger-side lower up-pipe with its EGR cooler connection. Inspect that lower pipe before installation and select its replacement by the installed EGR cooler configuration.

Coverage excludes damage caused by improper installation, unsupported or misaligned connections, or physical damage. Normal heat discoloration is not covered. Claims require dated proof of purchase. Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before shipping the component for inspection. If inspection confirms a covered defect, SPOOLOGIC will replace the covered component.
