SPOOLOGIC Heavy Duty 304SS High-Flow Bellowed Up-Pipe Kit (Federal Emissions)

The SPOOLOGIC 304 Stainless Steel Bellowed Up-Pipe Kit SL-510-020 replaces both exhaust up-pipes on 2001–2004 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 3500 and GMC Sierra 2500 3500 pickups with the 6.6L Duramax LB7 engine. Stainless steel tubing and bellowed sections carry exhaust from the manifolds to the turbocharger while accommodating heat-cycle movement. The passenger-side pipe uses the Federal-emissions layout without an EGR branch.

For LB7 pickups with the Federal emissions up-pipe configuration and no passenger-side EGR branch. The 2002–2004 California-emissions LB7 uses a different passenger-side pipe. For 2004 trucks, confirm the LB7 engine; this kit does not fit the 2004.5 LLY. These pipes use the factory manifold connection locations. Verify compatibility before combining them with aftermarket manifolds or a relocated turbocharger.

Coverage excludes damage caused by improper installation, unsupported or misaligned connections, or physical damage. Normal heat discoloration is not covered. Claims require dated proof of purchase. Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before shipping the component for inspection. If inspection confirms a covered defect, SPOOLOGIC will replace the covered component.
