SPOOLOGIC Heavy Duty 304SS High-Flow Bellowed Up-Pipe Kit (California Emissions)

The SPOOLOGIC 304 Stainless Steel Bellowed Up-Pipe Kit SL-510-021 replaces both exhaust up-pipes on 2002–2004 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 3500 and GMC Sierra 2500 3500 pickups with the 6.6L Duramax LB7 engine. Stainless steel tubing and bellowed sections carry exhaust from the manifolds to the turbocharger while accommodating heat-cycle movement. The passenger-side pipe retains the California-emissions EGR connection.

For LB7 pickups equipped with the California-emissions EGR configuration. The passenger-side pipe retains the EGR cooler connection. Check the underhood emissions label and original pipe before ordering. California Emissions identifies the vehicle configuration; it does not indicate CARB approval. Does not fit Federal-emissions LB7 or 2004.5 LLY applications. These pipes use the factory manifold connection locations. Verify compatibility before combining them with aftermarket manifolds or a relocated turbocharger.

Coverage excludes damage caused by improper installation, unsupported or misaligned connections, or physical damage. Normal heat discoloration is not covered. Claims require dated proof of purchase. Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before shipping the component for inspection. If inspection confirms a covered defect, SPOOLOGIC will replace the covered component.
