Compatibility and Installation

Wheels, shaft, housings, VGT mechanism, and actuator are not included.

• Confirm the turbo model and compare supplied parts with the originals.
• Inspect shaft journals, wheels, bearing bores, and seal grooves.
• Correct oil supply, drainage, contamination, and crankcase-pressure problems.
• Follow service procedures for clearances, torque, lubrication, and priming.
• Inspect the VGT mechanism and verify its operation.
• Balance the completed rotating assembly before returning it to service.

Reuse only serviceable parts. Replace damaged or out-of-specification components and follow the applicable assembly procedure.
