The wastegate control solenoid is non-returnable; eligible warranty claims remain covered. The remaining mechanical repair components carry no warranty and are non-returnable. Claims require dated proof of purchase. Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before shipping the component for inspection. If inspection confirms a covered defect, SPOOLOGIC will replace the covered component. Customers pay warranty shipping in both directions; labor and related costs are not covered.
