The SPOOLOGIC VGT Solenoid O-Ring Set SL-270-007 fits the GT3788VA turbocharger in 2004.5-2016 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 3500 6.6L Duramax. The set renews the solenoid’s oil-sealing connections during seal service.

Solenoid Seal Service

Inspect the solenoid, seal grooves, and bore before assembly. Keep debris out of the oil passages and avoid cutting or twisting the O-rings during installation. Follow the vehicle-specific sealing procedure; new seals do not repair a damaged solenoid or worn vane mechanism.
