SPOOLOGIC Turbo Gasket Kit

The SPOOLOGIC Turbo Gasket Kit SL-310-261 supplies replacement gaskets and seals for turbocharger removal and installation on 2024–2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 3500 and GMC Sierra 2500 3500 trucks with the 6.6L Duramax L5P engine. It includes seals for the turbo mounting, oil, coolant, crankcase ventilation, intake and exhaust connections.

Sealing and Service

Replacing the turbocharger requires opening several surrounding connections. Fresh gaskets and seals help restore these joints during reassembly. The turbo mounting gasket differs between the earlier and later L5P designs, so match the kit to the model year and installed hardware. Inspect each mating surface and confirm the original gasket profile before installation.

Coverage excludes damage caused by improper installation, dirty or damaged sealing surfaces, reuse, and use outside the listed application. Claims require dated proof of purchase. Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before shipping the component for inspection. If inspection confirms a covered defect, SPOOLOGIC will replace the covered component.
