SPOOLOGIC Turbo Gasket Kit

The SPOOLOGIC SL-310-241 Turbo Gasket Kit provides replacement gaskets and seals for turbocharger service on 2011–2016 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 6.6L Duramax LML pickups. The set brings together up-pipe, oil-drain, intake, and EGR sealing components commonly disturbed while accessing and reinstalling the turbocharger.

Sealing and Service

Turbocharger removal on the LML involves more than the exhaust flanges alone. Nearby intake and EGR connections may also need to be separated for access. Replace the seals at the joints opened during the repair, and inspect the pipes, flanges, and grooves before assembly. The exact service procedure determines which supplied components are required.

Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before shipping the component for inspection. If inspection confirms a covered defect, SPOOLOGIC will replace the covered component.
