SPOOLOGIC Turbo Gasket Kit SL-310-131

The SPOOLOGIC SL-310-131 Turbo Gasket and Installation Kit supplies the seals and mounting hardware used when reinstalling the turbocharger on 2003–2007 Ford F-250 F-350 F-450 F-550 trucks with the 6.0L Powerstroke engine. The kit includes the oil-feed gasket, three oil-line O-rings, turbo mounting bolts and spacers, and the additional clip and bolts listed below.

Sealing and Service

Turbo removal opens the oil-feed and drain connections and requires removal of the mounting hardware. Fresh seals help restore these connections during reassembly. The three spacers install with the turbo-to-pedestal mounting bolts; retain the correct factory arrangement and check the pedestal and oil lines before installation.
