SPOOLOGIC Turbo Gasket Kit

The SPOOLOGIC SL-310-121 Turbo Gasket Kit combines the turbo pedestal oil seals and compressor outlet O-ring for Late 1999–2003 Ford F-250 F-350 F-450 F-550 trucks with the 7.3L Powerstroke engine. Use this set when removing the turbocharger and pedestal or repairing leaks at the included sealing connections.

Sealing and Service

The pedestal seals contain engine oil at the engine-to-pedestal and pedestal-to-turbocharger joints. The larger spider O-ring seals pressurized air at the compressor outlet. Replacing these seals during removal gives each opened connection a fresh sealing surface. Inspect the surrounding components to confirm the leak source before starting the repair.

Coverage excludes damage caused by improper installation, dirty or damaged sealing surfaces, reuse, and use outside the listed application. Claims require dated proof of purchase. Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before shipping the component for inspection. If inspection confirms a covered defect, SPOOLOGIC will replace the covered component.
