SPOOLOGIC Turbo Flange Gasket

The SPOOLOGIC SL-310-004 Turbo Flange Gasket seals the exhaust inlet connection at the turbocharger on 1994–1997 Ford F-250 F-350 F-Super Duty OBS trucks with the 7.3L Powerstroke engine. It provides a replacement sealing gasket for the original turbo inlet flange when the connection is opened for service or an exhaust leak is confirmed at that joint.

Turbo Exhaust Inlet Sealing

The exhaust inlet connection directs exhaust gas into the turbine housing. A damaged gasket or an uneven mating surface can allow exhaust to escape before it reaches the turbine. Soot around the joint, exhaust noise, or reduced boost response can indicate a leak, but the connection should be inspected before replacing parts.

This gasket serves the exhaust side of the turbocharger. The turbo pedestal oil passages and compressor outlet use separate seals.
