The SPOOLOGIC 10-blade turbine shaft SL-240-021 fits the GT3788VA turbocharger in 2004.5-2005 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 3500 6.6L Duramax LLY. Its complete turbine wheel and shaft assembly replaces a worn or damaged rotating component during turbocharger rebuilding.
