SPOOLOGIC Turbine Housing Rebuild Kit

The SPOOLOGIC Turbine Housing Rebuild Kit SL-250-009 upgrades the GT3782VA turbocharger in 2004-2007 Ford F-250 F-350 F-450 F-550 6.0L Powerstroke. It converts the later turbocharger to a matched 2003 turbine housing configuration with a 10-blade turbine shaft and 15 mm vanes.

Assembly and Balancing

Installing the supplied shaft requires disassembling the rotating assembly. The turbine shaft is individually balanced; balancing the completed assembly is recommended best practice. The matched housing and vane set must be installed together.
