The SPOOLOGIC Stock GT3782VA Turbocharger Cartridge SL-200-022 is a brand-new, preassembled CHRA for 2005-2007 Ford F-250 F-350 F-450 F-550 6.0L Powerstroke with the later production turbo configuration. Its fully assembled rotating assembly replaces a worn cartridge to restore stock turbocharger operation.

Cartridge Compatibility and Installation

This product is the assembled turbocharger center section. Reuse the original GT3782VA compressor and turbine housings, and inspect them for cracks, wheel-contact damage, and other defects before assembly. Source any required installation hardware, gaskets, and O-rings separately.

Replacement cartridge for the factory 2005-2007 Garrett GT3782VA turbocharger. Also fits the SPOOLOGIC Stock Turbocharger — SL-100-022.

Keep the rotating assembly intact to preserve its balance. Do not loosen the compressor-wheel nut. The supplied CHRA requires no internal rebuild before installation.
