The SPOOLOGIC Stage 1 GT37 Turbocharger SL-100-044 is a performance upgrade for 2015-2019 Ford F-250 F-350 F-450 pickups with the 6.7L Powerstroke. Built for modified street and towing use, its billet compressor wheel adds airflow capacity while retaining the factory exhaust connections, supporting approximately 500-600 rear-wheel horsepower with matched tuning, fueling, and supporting modifications.

Tuning and Supporting Modifications

⚠️ Custom Tuning Highly Recommended: Custom tuning is highly recommended to match the Stage 1 turbocharger to the engine and supporting components. This turbocharger can operate on the factory calibration; a matched custom tune helps use its added airflow capability.

• Larger injectors and fuel-system upgrades may be needed to reach the listed power range.
• Intake and intercooler upgrades may be needed to reach the listed power range.
• Adequate exhaust flow and leak-free up-pipes.
• Boost and exhaust-gas-temperature monitoring during setup and loaded operation.

SPOOLOGIC does not provide custom tuning services. Customers are responsible for arranging application-appropriate tuning with a qualified tuning provider.

Power Support

Approximately 500–600 rear-wheel horsepower with a properly matched build. This is total power-support capacity, not a promised horsepower increase. Actual output depends on engine condition, calibration, fuel delivery, and the complete vehicle combination.

Pedestal and Coolant Feed Line

The SL-100-044 uses a GT37 journal-bearing design and retains the factory up-pipes, downpipe, intake manifold, and turbo inlet boot. The included 2017-2019-style pedestal and coolant feed line adapt it to 2015-2016 pickups. In the listed 2017-2019 applications, it fits the factory mounting arrangement.

High-Speed VSR Balancing

The rotating assembly is high-speed VSR balanced before shipment for smooth, consistent operation.

VGT Control System

The turbocharger is assembled with a new VGT control solenoid and a factory-style 2017-2019 vane cage and unison-ring assembly. VGT-based exhaust-brake operation is supported, with actual exhaust-brake behavior dependent on the vehicle’s calibration and any exhaust-braking strategy programmed by the tune provider.

Coatings and Finish Options

The turbine housing, center-section exterior, and pedestal are ceramic coated to help manage radiant heat and resist oxidation. Heat reduction varies with operating conditions. The finish options below apply only to the compressor housing.

• Raw: Natural aluminum with no coating
• Red: Red powder-coated finish
• Black: Black powder-coated finish

Installation Notes

• Reuse the existing intake manifold, turbo inlet boot, and heat shield.
• Reuse the original pedestal-to-engine-block bolts.

Every SPOOLOGIC turbocharger carries a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original purchase date. Coverage applies to the original purchaser with dated proof of purchase. Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before shipping the turbocharger for inspection. If inspection confirms a covered defect, SPOOLOGIC will repair or replace the turbocharger at its discretion. Coverage excludes damage caused by foreign-object debris, oil starvation, contaminated or restricted oil supply or drainage, extended oil-change intervals, overboosting, overspeed, overfueling, excessive exhaust temperatures, improper installation or startup, improper tuning or repairs, or operation outside the listed application or intended operating range. Normal cosmetic wear, coating discoloration, and heat-cycling marks are not covered. Customers pay shipping to SPOOLOGIC and return shipping, whether the claim is approved or denied.
