SPOOLOGIC High Pressure Stock Turbo Cartridge CHRA

The SPOOLOGIC Stock V2S High-Pressure Turbocharger Cartridge SL-200-031 is a brand-new, preassembled CHRA for 2008-2010 Ford F-250 F-350 F-450 F-550 6.4L Powerstroke. Its fully assembled rotating assembly replaces a worn cartridge to restore stock turbocharger operation.

Cartridge Compatibility and Installation

This product contains the assembled turbocharger center section. Reuse the original V2S compressor and turbine housings. Inspect them for cracks, wheel-contact damage, and other defects before assembly. The high-pressure VGT mechanism and electronic actuator are not included.

Cartridge for the high-pressure variable-geometry side of the V2S compound system. Match the cartridge and wheel profile to the original housings. The corresponding complete SPOOLOGIC turbocharger is SL-100-032.

The other side of the compound system uses the SL-100-031 stock low-pressure turbocharger or SL-100-033 Stock Plus low-pressure turbocharger.

Keep the rotating assembly intact to preserve its balance. Do not loosen the compressor-wheel nut. The supplied CHRA requires no internal rebuild before installation.
