SPOOLOGIC High Flow Exhaust Manifold Kit

The SPOOLOGIC High Flow Exhaust Manifold Kit SL-500-003 supplies driver-side and passenger-side ductile iron manifolds for 2003–2007 Ford F-250 F-350 F-450 F-550 trucks with the 6.0L Powerstroke engine. The kit renews both manifold assemblies and their cylinder-head seals.

Coating Options

Choose raw ductile iron or ceramic-coated manifolds. Both options use the same application-specific castings and supplied components. Ceramic coating is applied to the manifold exterior.

Every SPOOLOGIC High Flow Exhaust Manifold Kit carries a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser from the original purchase date. Coverage excludes damage caused by improper installation, physical damage, or excessive heat caused by improper engine operation. Normal cosmetic wear and heat discoloration are not covered. Claims require dated proof of purchase. Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before shipping the component for inspection. If inspection confirms a covered defect, SPOOLOGIC will replace the covered component. Customers pay warranty shipping in both directions; labor and related costs are not covered.
