The SPOOLOGIC Exhaust Manifold Gasket Kit SL-310-257 supplies replacement manifold-to-cylinder-head gaskets and an EGR valve gasket for 2017–2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 3500 and GMC Sierra 2500 3500 trucks with the 6.6L Duramax L5P engine.

Sealing and Service

Exhaust leaks at the cylinder-head ports can leave soot around the manifold and produce a ticking or puffing sound. Replacing the gasket restores the sealing element when the mating surfaces are sound. Check the manifolds for cracks, erosion, and distortion before reassembly.

Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before shipping the component for inspection. If inspection confirms a covered defect, SPOOLOGIC will replace the covered component.
