SPOOLOGIC Exhaust Manifold Gasket Kit

The SPOOLOGIC SL-310-137 Exhaust Manifold Gasket Kit supplies two multi-layer steel gaskets for exhaust manifold service on 2003–2007 Ford F-250 F-350 F-450 F-550 trucks with the 6.0L Powerstroke and 2008–2010 Ford F-250 F-350 F-450 F-550 trucks with the 6.4L Powerstroke. One gasket seals each cylinder bank at the manifold-to-cylinder-head connection.

Sealing and Service

An exhaust leak at the manifold can leave soot near the cylinder-head ports and create ticking or puffing noise under load. These gaskets replace the sealing elements at both banks. Inspect the manifolds for cracks and uneven sealing faces before fitting new gaskets.
