SPOOLOGIC Complete Factory Style Exhaust Manifold Kit

The SPOOLOGIC Complete Factory-Style Exhaust Manifold Kit SL-500-007 replaces both exhaust manifolds on 2011–2014 Ford F-250 F-350 F-450 pickups with the 6.7L Powerstroke engine. It includes the manifold mounting studs, spacers, nuts, heat shields, and gaskets and hardware for the up-pipe and EGR inlet-pipe connections.

The 2015–2016 application is chassis cab only. Does not fit 2015–2019 pickups, 2017–2019 chassis cab trucks, or 2020 and newer trucks. For vehicles with the original factory manifold and up-pipe configuration. Confirm compatibility separately for trucks with turbocharger or exhaust conversion components.

Turbo Gaskets and Related Parts

A separate turbo mounting gasket kit is required when replacing these manifolds and reinstalling the existing turbocharger. Turbo mounting gaskets are not included in this manifold kit. If you are also replacing the turbocharger, check whether your new turbo already includes the correct gasket kit before ordering another.

• SPOOLOGIC Up-Pipe to Turbo V-Band Clamp SL-330-013 — sold individually; two clamps are used, one for each up-pipe.
• SPOOLOGIC Turbo to Downpipe V-Band Clamp SL-330-014 — one clamp connects the turbocharger outlet to the downpipe.
• SPOOLOGIC Heavy Duty 304SS High-Flow Bellowed Up-Pipe Kit SL-510-010 — replace both up-pipes during the same repair. This up-pipe kit already includes two up-pipe-to-turbo V-band clamps; separate up-pipe clamps are not needed when purchasing the kit.

Clamps and up-pipes are optional replacements sold separately. These recommendations are for the factory turbocharger and exhaust configuration within this manifold kit's listed applications.

Installation Notes

Use the supplied studs, spacers, heat shields, and fasteners in their designated positions. Follow the applicable Ford service procedure, tightening sequence, and torque specifications. The existing EGR inlet pipe is reused. Additional seals or hardware may be needed for other assemblies removed during access.

Every SPOOLOGIC Complete Factory Style Exhaust Manifold Kit carries a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser from the original purchase date. Coverage excludes damage caused by improper installation, physical damage, or excessive heat caused by improper engine operation. Normal cosmetic wear and heat discoloration are not covered. Claims require dated proof of purchase. Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before shipping the component for inspection. If inspection confirms a covered defect, SPOOLOGIC will replace the covered component. Customers pay warranty shipping in both directions; labor and related costs are not covered.
